Workplace Discrimination

For the past year, issues related to workplace discrimination cost over $400 million. The total cost is much higher, though. The money needed to replace an employee is in the range of billions. EEOC addresses all incoming complaints. The organization fights against discrimination under the 1964 Civil Rights Act. The act guarantees "equal access to employment without considering race, color, sex, national origin."

For the past ten years, EEOC received over 900,000 claims. PIIN will always support workplace equality as part of our mission. We supported the New York racial inequality national strike. Protesters brought up the countrywide economic exploitation that nobody talks about openly. Our voices will be heard if we stop ignoring these issues. PIIN encourages all communities to stay together and report cases of workplace discrimination.
